The sex and The City experience; is one of the most dreamed about and aspired by women of all ages. Not only can we let out our feminine side we can do it without conspiring to the sexist ideology and stereotypes of women. The four fictional females from New York, all strong, all independent, all different and all lovers of fashion. Admiring these characters wardrobe, lifestyle, careers, apartments and friends and relating to the in any form possible.
The four actresses who stare in this television series; Sarah Jessica Parker as Carrie Bradshaw, Kim Cattrall as Samantha Jones, Kristin Davis as Charlotte York and Cynthia Nixon as Miranda Hobbes, all portray four fantastic women with wondrous wardrobes. The designer labels are stacked sky high and the shoe boxes tower tall.

Whether you are a fashion follower or an individualist you cannot deny that you have a style! You may also not agree with me when I reveal to you what I believe to be the ultimate 'Carrie Bradshaw' shoe. As we all know I am a student and; despite the fact I would love to place my pedicured toes into a pair of red soled Louboutins, Jimmy choos, Pradas (I could go on all day but I think you get the overall gist of 'designer label') I have a budget balance I must stick too!
I can however reveal that my shoes collection is over 30 pairs and counting! So even though I am on a budget, I'm usually brilliant and finding the bargains!
The Ankle Strap Stiletto!
The Above are Two pictures that represent the shoe I believe to be 'The Carrie Bradshaw Shoe'; That's right I have chosen and fallen for the one and only: Ankle Strap Stiletto! Worn by all four women; in this television series and film franchise. Currently the new 'it' shoes for the autumn/winter 2013 season.
The Ankle Strap Stiletto is an elegant and glassy heeled sandal which portrays sophisticated yet flirtatiously feminine. The shoe is so beautifully versatile I encourage you all to go out and buy a pair. However I do encourage visiting a boutique or shop, just to try on before you buy.

I personally find the ankle strap stiletto easy and comfortable to walk in however the lose strap style may not work for all so I'm going to present to you a few different styles and options as a classy alternative. These will be sure to have to same timeless effect but ensures you don't topple over or stub a toe!

Topshop offer this fabulous wedged heel ankle strap stiletto with platform for those of us who can not bear the needle thin heel and find it tricky or painful to gain a perfect poise.
If a needle heel is no woe, but the ankle support it far to flimsy; a bigger strap then covers the whole heel of the foot, will probably fit securely.
The simple ankle strap sandal design can be found to give comforting support to the foot just by adding one or two extra straps, either vertical or horizontal, both accommodate for the sensitive or cautious heel wearer.
The Carrie Bradshaw shoe aka the Ankle Strap Stiletto, is the gorgeous, elegant and barely there shoe/sandal ready to take you from the summer through mid season monochrome and onto warm autumn days. The styles I have shown you are basic and simple as are the colours! the Ankle Strap Stiletto can be brought in many numerous vibrant colours and designs, however I do believe I have shown you the best investment pieces!!
