❄ Driving Home for Christmas (Chris Rea)

My all Time Favourite Christmas Song! This always reminds me of driving back from University with my dad, snow falling and everywhere looking ridiculously Christmasy and then this tune plays on the radio. It was one of those picturesque and perfectly time moments you think only happen in films. I honestly, can't think of a Christmas song that makes me feel warmer inside, or more excited for the festivities to begin and be reunited with the family. This song is a must-have for any Christmas playlist.

❄ It's Begining To Look a Lot Like Christmas (Bing Crosby)

The Christmas decorating song! This Classic Christmas song is the tune perfect for decorating the house too, putting up the tree, wreath on the door, the little nicknacks and decorations galore. This is actually the soundtrack for last years homemade Christmas Vid and a personal favourite!

❄ Last Christmas (Wham!)

My house and family hold a few George Micheal fans and so Christmas would not be complete without a little bit of George, this Wham Classic, and my family attempting and failing to hit every note!

❄ The Christmas Song (Nat King Cole)

No Christmas playlist would be Complete without one of my favourite artists Mr. Nat King Cole. This song is another one of those golden oldie Classics, that just get you in that festive mood perfect for relaxing all snuggled up with a large cup of cocoa. This is a perfect background tune for cooking, eating, resting with a food baby/coma, opening presents, family board games, embarrassing stories etc I think you get the Jist. This song adds a little touch of vintage Christmas magic.

❄ Chant C'est Noël (Disneyland Parade)

This is quite possibly one of the most annoying, catchy and repetitive Christmas songs I know, but it also wouldn't be Christmas without it. This bilingual melody was the soundtrack to pretty much every Christmas I had whilst living in France. I was Lucky to live not too far away from Disney Land Paris and sure enough, we got to experience a little bit of Disney magic around Christmas time. The cold air, fake snow, and this Parade song played down Main Street, aka the best start/end to any festivities spent at Disney, Someone take me back, please?
