Black Friday Sales

Rating: ★★★☆☆
The Black Friday Sales this year is where I did most of my Christmas Shopping. In previous years the Black Friday Sales have been nothing to marvel over or worry about participating in however this year many retailers within the UK hosted numerous days of different sales and discounts with some taking up to 50% (or even 75% in a few places) everything in-store or online. So why only 3 stars? Well, some of the sales were confusing and sometimes misleading on the actual Black Friday weekend some of the offers were worse than what they had been in the week. Also, I'm not really sure why Black Friday is a thing in England? It's the post-Thanksgiving sales, but England doesn't celebrate Thanksgiving. Don't get me wrong the discounts have really helped me out this year made buying presents so much easier but you have to get in quick because by the time Friday eventually roles around the items you wish to purchase may have already Sold Out.

Stranger Things 2

Netflix UK
Rating: ★★★★✪
I like many of you have waited a year for the second series of Stranger Things to pop up and Netflix, so I can binge watch to my heart's content! The First series was incredible and If you haven't seen it yet: Please stop reading this right here, turn on Netflix and Watch seasons 1 and 2 to prevent any spoilers! (You have been Warned!) Welcome Back, After watching season 1 we are left with many questions, What happened to Eleven? Is she Alive? #JusticeforBarb was trending, Will we actually find out what Hawkins Lab really is? How is Will? Is he really back in the here and Now? Is it all just a dream? Series 2 did not disappoint! The second series answered most of my questions, injected 80's nostalgia, memorabilia, and pop-culture, introduced new characters, made every-one like Steve Harrington and finally brought Eleven and Mike back together! The reason the series only gets 4.5 out of 5 stars? Not all of my questions were answered, not every story-line went the way I wanted and episode 7?, this being said there is very little to complain about and I'm already awaiting Season 3 to hit my screen.

Beyond Stranger Things

Netflix UK
Rating: ★★★★★
Once I had finished watching Stranger Things 2, there was only one thing to do... Binge Watch Beyond Stranger things of Course!! This Spinoff show is a post-series insight into the makings, characters, and storylines of the second series. Essentially a little mix up of a panel Q&A, The creators Matt and Ross Duffle, Director Shawn Levy, and members of the cast answer questions asked by Jim Rash (Writer and Actor but most importantly: a "superfan" of the show). Whilst watching this recap show you start to get to know the actors and creators behind the much-loved characters, behind-the-scenes stories and insights into life on set, the script writing, and how much fans and social media influence Key aspects of the storylines (more than you might think). I won't reveal any spoilers, but This show is a must watch for any Stranger Things Fan!!

Hot Chocolate

Rating:★★★★★
Is there anything better on a cold, crisp day than wrapping your mittens around a mug full of warm creamy chocolate deliciousness? Whilst I'm not the biggest fan of tea or coffee, Hot chocolate is the winter beverage for me, with oat, soy or rice milk please (Lactose Intolerant I am, it's not just cause it's on trend, nor that my Indian ancestors believe cows are sacred). Whilst a taste-bud tantalizing and decent sized hot choc' is bound to set you back at least £3.00 on the high street, I prefer mine homemade in a flask, not only because of the pennies, and the environment but also guaranteed to pass the taste test every time. I currently have 3 favourites for my go-to Hot Chocolate flavours (pictured above) The Chilli Hot Chocolate and Salted Caramel Hot Chocolate from the Whittard of Chelsea Hot Chocolate Collection and of course the Trustee Cadbury's Drinking Hot Chocolate, that I have been drinking since I can remember!
