☃ Favourite Christmas Movie?
The Santa Clause, I have watched this film every Christmas Eve since I can remember! Without a doubt, it is my favourite Christmas Movie, from the adventures at the North Pole, The elves with attitude (definitely had a crush on the head 'elf with attitude' when I was younger), the reindeer, Charlie (Eric Lloyd), pretty much everything about this film and the story as a whole. Also whenever I watch this film I know that tomorrow is Christmas Day.
π
Are you on the Naughty or Nice list?
Hopefully the Nice List π.
No, it's always snowed just a month before or after but never actually on or close to Christmas.
☃ When do you start your Christmas shopping?
Honestly, I start browsing and pick things up in January Sales and I'll pick up smaller things throughout the year. In previous years I've left all my Christmas shopping until December and even the week before Christmas. However the past couple of years with England going a little overboard with Black Friday, I've managed to do most of my Christmas shopping on Black Friday Weekend and Cyber Monday.
π Can you name all of Santa's Reindeer?
Rudolph, Dasher, Dancer, Prancer, Mitzen, Blitzen, Comet, Cupid? and that's all I can think of.
π Did you ever leave something out for Santa, or write him a letter?
Yes, every year, we would leave a mince pie and a brandy for Santa, a Carrot for Rudolph and we would send letters before Christmas and post them at school in a makeshift paper mache post box.
☃ If you could be under the mistletoe with anyone, who would it be?
Oooh, My very own Prince Charming.
π
Know your gifts or be surprised?
I like a bit of both, I don't like to know everything I'm getting but I like to give a list or suggest things I might like so people don't go completely off course and get me something I will never use or don't like. The more I've got older the less I like surprises, this may also be due to my anxiety but I do think Christmas would be boring if you knew what everyone had got you.
π Does your family have a special holiday recipe you like to eat/help make?
We always used to make a wish whilst stirring the Christmas cake my mum would make. Oh, Bubble and Squeak is my favourite, it's basically all the veg leftovers mashed together and fried the next day, it may sound weird but it's so lush!
☃ Are you a pro-present wrapper or do you fail miserably?
I've gotta blow my own trumpet here and say that I'm a pro-present wrapper, to the point where colleagues and friends have brought there presents and paper to me and I've wrapped them for them. I love wrapping presents and If it's not wrapped to my standards I will re-wrap a present. I'm a bit of a perfectionist in this area.
π Have you ever gone Christmas carolling?
No, but I would like to, maybe I could do this as an Anxiety Challenge? What do you think?
πWhat tops your Christmas Tree?
A fairy, we've always topped a tree with a Christmas fairy. My siblings and I always take turns to put the fairy on top of the tree. This year it was my turn (this makes me unbelievably happy)!!
☃ Do you make New Years Resolutions? Do you stick to them?
I have done in the past but they used to be really vague or stereotypical, keep a diary, keep my room tidy get more organised etc. In recent years I've set myself more focused goals throughout the year and I feel like this works better.
π You have been granted one Christmas wish... What will it be?
For my friends and family to have a happy and healthy 2018. May sound corny but my friends and family have supported me so much throughout the past couple of years and put up with my mood swings and crippling mental illness. I'd love for them to be able to have no troubles next year and just all be healthy and happy.
I tag all of you to complete this Christmas tag if you have a blog or even just fancy writing in the comments. This festive Christmas Tag is from Linda Talks Beauty, go check out her blog!
