Ask Away | 100 Days Without Anxiety

Hey Readers,

I need your help for a Days Without Anxiety Challenge, I've decided to do an honest Q&A after receiving some questions about the challenges and my mental health etc.
This is your chance to ask me anything to do with mental health, life, blogging or something completely random. I'll do my best to answer as many as possible in the video.

Why am I doing this as a challenge? Social media only shows one side of a multilayered story, I feel like this may happen in my challenges and the ways I raise awareness for mental illness. So now is your chance to ask me anything, and break down some of the social stigmas and the rose-tinted Instagram filters.
